Zen tea is heart tea, Zen people live in the realm of Zen all the time and taste the pure tea in their heart. Huang Bo Xiyun, Zen master, said: “I eat all day and never chew a grain of rice; I walk all day and never step on a piece of land.” Zen people only look at their own mind and do not ask about the outside world. “When you are hungry, you will eat, when you are sleepy, you will sleep” it does not break a law and is not bound by the outside world. It is the same with Zen tea drinking, the meaning of tea drinking is not tea, but pure heart!
